Jonel is an Information Systems Analyst III and Full Stack Developer originally from Bato, Catanduanes — one of the island’s most historic towns and home to the iconic Bato Church. Currently based in Quezon City, he continues to combine technology and creativity to build modern digital solutions. Inspired by his roots and deep love for Catanduanes, he created this tourism platform to help promote the island’s breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and local tourism industry. From frontend design to backend development and AI-powered features, every part of the platform was carefully crafted to give Catanduanes the recognition it truly deserves.
